Our refund policy has been devised to define the situations under which Whiteseotoolz will provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund and the responsibility of Whiteseotoolz in circumstances resulting in such a claim. By registering for any of our products, you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.

No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that content we offer cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the order is accomplished and the product has been provided to the buyer. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any pack at our site.

Exceptional Circumstances

Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (browser, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product.

Contesting Charges

If you believe that you have been charged in error, please notify us immediately. If we agree that you were improperly charged, we will refund your payment. However, if you file a chargeback with our payment provider, your access to the products may be revoked, and you may be banned from future purchases.
